"The only thing that wasn’t great is the thin walls. The couple in the next room were arguing all night and you could hear it through the walls. You could hear doors slamming throughout the night. Didn’t get very much sleep due to loud neighbors and thin walls and slamming doors."

"We came for the royal gorge Santa express train. They allowed us to check in early so we could make our train time. Once we had gone our dog became anxious and got out of the room and wouldn’t get back in. Thanks to this owner he was patient and understanding and helped me resolve the issue.
