"Very smooth check in. There was a problem with the key system on the room door. The staff quickly solved it. I’m very impressed with the staff."

"I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room were dirty and clearly not well-maintained. To make matters worse, there was no elevator to the third floor, which made carrying luggage up the stairs a hassle. On top of that, the hotel offered zero amenities — no breakfast, no gym, not even basic toiletries. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other option. "

"We has a very slight issue with the shower door, we weren't worried really, we just wanted to make them aware so they didn't get some one in the future who might be a little less understanding. The young lady at the front counter was so kind and so sweet, she made us a little gift ( totally unnecessary in our eyes as we weren't complaining), but she said she just wanted to express that they were very sorry for the inconvenience.
