"We has a very slight issue with the shower door, we weren't worried really, we just wanted to make them aware so they didn't get some one in the future who might be a little less understanding. The young lady at the front counter was so kind and so sweet, she made us a little gift ( totally unnecessary in our eyes as we weren't complaining), but she said she just wanted to express that they were very sorry for the inconvenience. Very sweet and unexpected. The hotel was super clean, breakfast was great, the snack shop was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room were dirty and clearly not well-maintained. To make matters worse, there was no elevator to the third floor, which made carrying luggage up the stairs a hassle. On top of that, the hotel offered zero amenities — no breakfast, no gym, not even basic toiletries. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other option. "
