I’m from Lubbock and we went to Killeen for a funeral service. I book the reservation with swimming pool inside and free breakfast. When we got there, the kitchen was closed due to renovation and the swimming pool was closed that day due to maintenance.. Because it was late at night we decided to stay with the agreement that the swimming pool will be available the next day. When we came back from the funeral, the swimming pool was not available

The hotel was nice, but there is no restaurant or bar as advertised. The room was clean but one of the beds were not properly made and was really lumpy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool and fitness center was great. I recommend this property.

My only suggestion would be that the staff learn more about what’s around there . Called the front desk to ask where a small store would be to get snacks and she said she didn’t know but I opened my window to find a small store right across the street .

Stayed here with other friends and family members while visiting for an event that was held in the on-site event center. The staff was so friendly and amazing. All of them. The front desk and as well as the maintenance men. The hotel is not horrible but there were some cons. The TVs in the rooms are extremely outdated, the carpet could be cleaner. The paint in the hallways was unfinished, the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out, and the rooms just smelled a little old. My bed on the left side was depressed and sunken in. It was a bit squeaky as well. No continental breakfast, not even coffee is a bummer as well. I believe with the same staff and a little TLC this hotel could be much better.
