"My husband in 77 yrs old, They placed us in a building with no elevator access, with no option to change our rooms. The front office person was very rude and the only thing he would do is help us with our luggage up the stairs. Also we checked in on a Thursday and no the hotel was not filled up at all. "

"Bathroom toilet was dirty, uncleaned, splashed with urine. Shower nozzle holder broken with 2 sheet rock screws installed in wall of shower to rest sprayer on. Disappointing for the cost. Also a bit noisy "

"This La Quinta is at the perfect distance for our frequent trips to the Finger Lakes region of New York. We particularly find the beds very comfortable, and the room size is much better than their competitors. The rooms facing the rear are more desirable from our standpoint because they are quieter, but overall the experience is really good."

"Our stay was nice we would come back. We stayed 3 nights. The only negatives, there isnt an elevator! Which wasnt a problem for us but could be for someone else. The breakfast was a little limited. They had waffles, 2 types of cereal and 2 types of bagel. "
