There's not a gluten-free option at breakfast and its very expensive for just eggs and bacon in that case. 14.99. There needs to be clear, marked GF options at buffet. The grounds needed some help. Trash was around. Other than that, it's a good hotel.

The hotel was nice except for a few things. The elevators would kind of jolt bang and knock which made me a bit uneasy. The bottom of the pool have a brownish stain to it. The assigned room smelled like old urine. The front desk staff was helpful and sorted out our room issue.

I’ve stayed in over 60 hotels in the past year and this was the first where they wanted to charge me an additional $25 for requesting to check in 87 minutes early. There was no one in the parking lot or the lobby, and she confirmed my room was in fact ready. Pathetic customer service. I was just getting off my motorcycle and had to change in the men’s bathroom instead of my waiting room. I don’t care about the $25, but I do care about the greed. I won’t be back.

Only stayed 1 night for Parents Weekend at Gettysburg. The breakfast was resort-worthy and as a Hilton Honors member we also were able to order from the menu as well as take from buffet. This made a huge difference in our stay, did not need to eat lunch. The rooms were basic, mattresses on beds were too soft for my taste but room and hotel was clean. Front desk check in was easy, staff was polite. Hotel nicely decorated for fall season including an small outdoor firepit. Surrounding area is Giant shopping strip mall so not much to walk to. Entrance to hotel needs to be more clear. You need enter before the sign.

Don’t Stay Here There are Better Options
This Hilton was disappointing. The queen bed was uncomfortable with the mattress bowing in the center. The “restaurant” was the lobby without table service and the food was uninspiring. One poor woman seemed to be in charge of everything. The one morning we went there for breakfast at 9am, there was NO coffee. They charged us for breakfast, which wasn’t worth it. After that we went to one of the many restaurants nearby for breakfast. Much better service and quality and cost was about the same. One of the three nights we stayed, a large group of guys checked into the room next to us after 10pm, woke us up with party noise and tried, forcefully, to enter our room through the adjoining door. We called the front desk twice and no one answered. I dialed them externally and got a person who basically did nothing. We were up until 1am dealing with the noise ourselves. Not the first time a Hilton missed the mark with us recently. This stay has turned us off Hiltons going forward.
