After waiting for a while, she also was confused on if we made the payment (payment was made in full months prior to our trip). We ended up spending an extra 30 minutes (in addition to the longer period of time spent on check in) in our room to try to connect with someone at Hotels.com to clarify the payment situation. It wasn't the best way to start our trip there. When...
