Our bungalo was steps away from the water where we could watch fish swim around the reef or look up at the dramatic tropical mountain landscape near us. "The property was excellent overall and offered excellent value. The one thing I did not like was the indigent people hanging out right outside the property who were smelly, smoked and sometimes made bad comments. They weren't too bad but they should not have been there."

"The Moorea Surf Inn was excellent! Tama is so friendly and welcoming and his place is very clean and comfortable. The surf was incredible as was the snorkeling. His property is very well maintained and the waters in the lagoon in front of the property are stunning and full of sea life. We really enjoyed meeting the other guests that were staying there too. Tama showed us his island in a way that you would never get to experience staying a resort. I highly recommend the Moorea Surf Inn."

"Okay place to stay. My room had lots of traffic noise from cars, trucks, motorcycles, scooters. The property is on a main Street in Papeete. I stayed five nights. The sheets were not charged. Only one time the two bath towels were changed. The AC worked good. The shared kitchen was always hot. No AC in the kitchen. It's is a 25 minute walk from the ferry boat and cruise ship pier. To far to walk with large heavy suitcases. You have to pay for a taxi. There is lots of street parking very close to...
