"JBR is always nice and the proximity to the area was amazing. Nonetheless, the hostel felt very run-down and the people checking us in almost seemed like they had no idea what was going on with our reservation. They were nice, but the check-in process was abysmal. "

"It is in a nice and convenient part of town. They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. "

"Se encuentra en una ubicación muy conveniente, solo a menos de 5 minutos camk ando al Mall Emirates, donde puedes comprar despensa, comaprar comida prepara o ir a los restaurantes, en el otro extremo del mall esta la estacion de metro y a menos de 5 minutos dentro del mall en la parte de estacionamiento esta la estacion de autobuses y el Hop on Hop Off. Nos gusto tanto la ubicación que decidimos extender nuestra estadia 2 dias mas. El personal muy amigable y el hotel muy limpio y seguro."

"The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station, bus stop, many restaurants and convince stores around and walking distance to the Mall of Emirates. The area feels safe. The apartments are of a good size, I liked the layout of the one we were staying, which was 1 bedroom apartment. I agree with other reviews about need of an upgrade. The furniture, bathrooms and floors are outdated. A renovation is scheduled since April 2024 until the end of the year. With a good upgrade, that would...

"When i reached the place at night in dubai with my children, they said they don't have any booking for me. After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior. "Clean and brand new place with great host helpful with everything and people. Everything is new even bed sheets blankets bed comfortable to sleep convenient location from transportations walk around Dubai Marina . Overall very nice experience "

"Moved on Christmas Eve, two days before arrival to an accommodation that was 30 kilometres away from the city centre where we had originally booked. This was awful as we lost so much time travelling into the city and back out each day. The accommodation also wry much below standard. The hallways smelt awful and the cleanliness (cockroaches) and general upkeep of the property was tatty."
