Check in was super easy as our room key was just sitting on a table when we walked in the door, with our room number on it (makes me wonder if there was another key already taken by a random person). The staircase was steep, narrow and STRAIGHT UP!! Wasn’t expecting that!! Glad we are not handicapped, as this was mentioned nowhere! Room was clean and comfortable, even had our own fireplace.
