Newly renovated, convenient, pretty private, fully furnished mini apartment. This is the perfect location to stay since Jay Peak is only about 9 miles away, we are right next to the VAST & VASA trails so you can enjoy snowmobiling & four-wheeling, Newport & Memphremagog lake is only 15 minutes away, Canada is about 1 mile away, & being able to ride around & explore the beautiful northeast kingdom is the most special part of your trip here.

Felt like home
Our stay was amazing. We are kinda from the area and just wanted to “getaway” for the weekend. It’s in a great location. Caitlyn was an amazing host! She made sure everything went smoothly and we were all set for our stay. We will definitely be going back for another “getaway” soon!!!

Perfect Fall Stay
It was the perfect accommodation! My husband and I had a wedding at Jay Peak and stayed here with our dog. The foliage was incredible and we took beautiful walks in the morning. Took about 15 minutes to get to Jay Peak. The host was incredible and the entire process was easy and seamless.

Nice, Clean and convenient location...
...to explore northern Vermont. Comfortable and clean room. Nearby taco stand, not quite up to Texas standards but good. Had a great time driving around and exploring the area. This made a good base to work from.

Lovely apartment during a snowboarding trip!
This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was a short drive to Jay Peak, our main reason for the trip. Right across the street from 321-Taco, we had an affordable option for dinner, while the kitchen setup in the apartment allowed us to cook our own meals as well. It's a short drive to other restaurants, tourist spots, and shopping. The owner was very responsive, helping us with anything we needed, and immediately coming by when there was an unexpected power outage. We're very excited to book again!

Comfortable space to stay for a ski trip to Jay
This is our second visit to this unit for a couple of days skiing at Jay. The check in process was easy. Caitlyn communicated well and was supportive. The unit was comfortable, and well equipped to cook meals during our stay. North Troy is quiet with limited options for shopping and dining, so best to come prepared to self cater some meals. The location is a short drive to Jay Peak.

Ski weekend
Our stay was very nice. The only complaints we had was the door was hard to unlock and lock with the key pad. After we figured out that we had to pull the door toward oneself when entering the code to unlock and lock it we were fine. The refrigerator was loud at times making it hard to sleep at times but we really appreciate that they allow dogs as our dog is a senior and too old to kennel safely. We hope to make a return visit and we will definitely keep this place in mind. Thank you!!!

Perfect apartment for spring skiing at Jay
This is a very comfortable and well equipped studio apartment. The host is friendly, helpful and highly responsive. Jay is a short drive away. North Troy is limited in facilities, but we found good stores to purchase food nearby in Jay and Troy. Overall this was a very enjoyable stay

Caitlyn is a sweetheart and is a very hard worker! They are in the process of improving the outside of the property. The unit was exceptionally clean. We were very pleased how nice the inside of the unit was. The outside needs work, and Caitlyn knows that and is working to take care of things on the outside that need 'sprucing up'!

Awesome Stay for Skiing Jay Peak
Was like being at home with all of the amenities. Our unit had a toaster, toaster oven, and actual oven/range. It was also really nice having coin laundry on site - great perk. Caitlyn was great! I thought she went way over and above to make sure we were having a nice stay and that we didn't need anything. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again
