"Very nice hotel, very clean and affordable. Is in the heart of Catarina, the owners are super nice. Sometimes the receptionist is not in the lobby and the front door is locked, just go to the pharmacy 2 doors down, the owners live there and they will let you in."

"Well to start i booked a 3 bed room they gave me 2 beds. The room said AC and they said i had to pay extra $15 a night for it. The water coming out like a water gun no pressure dirty water. The whole experience was horrible and do not recommend just cause it was cheap. Never stay here. Trust me when i say it and save you a headache. That's how bad it was.Go to a name brand hotel that you know you will pay a bit more but get excellent quality. "

"photos of the property are a bit misleading...as the actual site is not as advertised. Definitely not "luxury". The property is walled in with lots of bars. While secure its not as alluring as the photos suggest. The room itself isnt too bad but when asked for only 1 night stay instead of 2...the staff advised me to take it up with Expedia which I did ... only for them to decline refunding me 1 night because they lied about my check out time & guest fee. Very disappointing overall. "

"The hotel is very beautiful, clean and well-maintained. It was a little difficult to locate at first, I was dropped off at another hotel with similar name. They should consider placing the hotel's name on the building itself and place fans in the lobby, or all around the hotel for more comfort. The room we stayed was very clean, very nice, very comfortable and the air conditioning was spectacular! The area has so many restaurants available at walking distance. "Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US.
