"We (family of 3) stayed for 4 nights in the tortuga bay suite. So I can only speak for the room we stayed and not sure how other rooms are as they are all different. Overall, we are very disappointed and feel frustrated on our stay. The room looks nothing like the pictures. It is very small, dark, damp and hot with little space for luggages. The description says there is 32 inches LED TV, but there is no TV at all. My husband and I with our 8 year old son are skinny people, but we feel...

"Excellent location and room was great value for money. However since I work online my stay was not all that pleasing. Despite the facilities listed when you look at rooms before reserving, there was only wifi near the reception and pool. The first day the aircon wasnt working, the second day there was no water for a while. I then waited half an hour at the desk to ask somebody to fix it. "Immediately upon arriving, we were told there was no reservation under our name. After showing our printed reservation paid in full, the front desk staff appeared confused and had another employee come over. After 5-10 minutes of confusion, the hotel claimed they had overbooked themselves (despite the hotel appearing empty, with all of the rooms we could see having the door open). We were then told we would be brought to a different hotel. The hotel we were taken to was clearly lower in quality...

"Great room, helpful staff WHEN they were available. Front desk closes at 6:30. I had told them beforehand that I would arrive around 7. My boat into town was half an hour late. I got a message on Whatsapp at 6:57 that the desk would close at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and someone did come back to check me in. Then about an hour later I managed to lock myself out of my room (I know, I know). I messaged and in about 5 minutes, I got a response that they would return in about an hour and some minutes....
