"Parking is expensive but was available, TV and sockets not working in the room, on telling reception, their response was they know and lots of the rooms are like that?! Energy should be a basic right so this isn't good enough. When you add the £12 parking charge, other options with free parking and working facilities may be cheaper👍"

"Nice for a basic room. Good access to the Co-op arena (walk, tram or Uber). Nothing much around the hotel like bars and restaurants for a meal."

"Small and basic room, fine for one night but too small for longer stays. There was a lot of dust on the ceilings which is unusual and gives the otherwise clean room a very dirty feel."

"Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...

"Clean tidy stay handy for ao areana we walked there got taxi back from town. parking is on street but nearby and plenty of space. Only thing missing in our room was clean cups for tea. But cant grumble."

"We had a problem with heating and the women worked really hard and without complaining to sort it out. Amazing women."
