"We only came up for 1 night during the winter storm 2025. When Else were we going to see snow on FL beach? My only issue was the amount of ice around the front door. Like I get it we came up for snow but walkway should have been cleared for safety. On arrival check in staff was very friendly. It was cold out and we were very happy to arrive into a room of 72. View of the ocean was fabulous from the window. Room was very clean, hot shower, and a comfortable bed. Got what we wanted a snowman...

"Good budget Hotel. Mostly clean, definitely dated. We were there 5 nights and our room was not serviced at all. I got fresh towels from one of the housekeepers when she was in the hall outside the room. It was nice to open the balcony door and hear the ocean and look out the window to see it. The beach was right there, but the access to the beach was blocked for repairs, but no repairs happened while we were there. If you are looking for decent, low price then this fits that."

"This is our 2nd time staying here. We were able to checkin early. Forgot about the hour change coming from Orlando. Front desk was amazing! Very helpful and funny. Decent breakfast. A lot to choose from. Room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The shower didn’t have body wash. It was conditioner and lotion. The body wash was next to the sink so we filled up a cup and took it in the shower. Other than that, everything was perfect!"

The property could use some updates like the carpet in the hallways and the rust stains in the tub. The breakfast was good the coffee was amazing I wish I had got a cup to go. The staff was very friendly and talkative. I will definitely return to this hotel. "
