They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and loved the feature of the balcony/patio in the room and the view of the mountains was spectacular and having a full-size refrigerator was convenient to have since you could store more drinks in it compared to other hotels. Yes, the kitchenette had some wear and tear dust but nothing major to report when it comes to things they did not like about...
