"Property and surrounding area is safe and was fine for an overnight visit to see my kid at GVSU. Check in was easy and quick as was checkout. Room was nice and clean except for dusty in the corners like it needed a deep clean, nothing that was unacceptable. There weren't many other guests during my stay but be aware that if there is someone staying in the room above you, you will hear every move they make. Breakfast was very basic but good for a quick bite. Lots of other food options nearby too....
