"Room was comfortable and bathroom was clean. We left before breakfast was ready. The bathroom needs more counter space for a toiletry bags. The reception area was unmanned for quite a few minutes each time we have been there. This time there were 2 people in the room next to reception area. Hotel papers and computers were readily assessable to anyone. "

"We stayed in the King suite and it was a great size for my family of 5. The only thing was that the room was at the end of the hall so it was next to the AC ( I guess) and it was making a loud humming sound and would vibrate our bed at night. The hotel itself was nice. The breakfast was great and the people were nice. My husband and kids went to the pool and said it was nice however the hot tub was out of order. Over I would stay here again. "

"Our floor was dirty in our room and my feet got dirty before walking into the shower. There was no body wash in the shower. Staff at the front desk was amazing and very helpful to recommend places to enjoy during our stay here in Charleston. "

"We have stayed here twice, and both times the experience has been great! Our room was nice and clean! Some of the staff at the front desk were real friendly too! The breakfast gives a variety of options as well. Definitely recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay."

"Parking was tricky. No where to park to check in until my daughter had to jump out and go ask at the desk. We tried to call several time while driving in circles and it kept ringing."
