"The staff here really is excellent and friendly! This hotel is in an excellent location and makes enjoying the bay, Cole Park, and the entire city very convenient. The only things I ding the property on is that the entrance to the parking garage was often blocked by cars checking in so we’d have to circle the block to get in. Additionally, we had a hard time getting the water to get above lukewarm when taking showers. "

"I don't know if they were stains, but the comforters looked like they hadnt been changed before we got in there. There were spots on them, and my reservation wasn't found upon arrival. We had to wait for them to find our reservation because they couldn't find it, even though I had the confirmation number. "
