"Floor next to de A/C soak wet, the humidity smell was horrible, I reserved for four guests and had just 2 towels and a tiny soap. Breakfast was supposed to be included, the worst thing ever, just one choice of cereal, pancake/waffle machine out of service, and no coffee. It was just for one night and a few hours sleep, it’s not even worth for it.-100 stars."

"I got a suite with a king sizr bed.. i love that the bedroom has it own door away from the living room and the restroom in the middle.. the only thing i didn't like is that the TV outlet wiring is connected to the lights so the BRIGHT light had to stay on in order to watch TV.. lol other then that bright light everything was clean and in good condition. The pool was working gated, perfect for smaller kids not running into the parking lot.. "

"The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed it. The only thing at all wrong was that you, at Hotels.com, didn’t give them all of our information that we sent online, namely that he had our dog with us. It was fine, we paid the minor fee when they noticed, but I didn’t want to seem like I was trying to slip something past them. Be more careful with transmitting my info! "

"The house overall was good. The driveway was mentioned in listing so it isnt their fault but it is really bad. You can barely get on there without scraping the bottom of the car. It really needs a deep clean as there was dust everywhere and baseboards were not good, fans and AC vents were really bad with dust covered all over it. However, past that, it had the space we meeded and the kids loved the pool. We were able to cook and enjoy our time. The kids area was a plus as well. Plenty of towels...
