Good utilitarian budget motel serving mostly working personnel. Breakfast had no hot items like eggs, bacon, or toast, but did have some granola bars and cereal. Plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was kind and nice. The shower had what appeared like pubic hair on the wall. The water from the sink smelled like sulfa. Remote for TV extremely basic and half non-functional. Loud, rowdy guest at 1am on a Thursday that continued until 3:30 am. Breakfast was almost non-existent, with only a couple of snacks and a waffle offered. Pool closed during spring break. No hot tub access. Beds were seemingly clean and were comfortable. AC worked well.

Location could definetly use some upgrades. There was a single roach that came from the exhaust fan. Property needs to spray for ants. Overall it's comfortable and spacious for a good price.
