"Luggage carts were not convenient to the elevator. Breakfast and front desk area are in a separate building from the one our 3rd floor room was in. The room itself was in semi-renovated condition. The tub was huge and jetted, but the wash-in shower was small and looked older with a light shower curtain."

"I was told the night before that Breakfast time on Tuesday was from 6:00 am to 10:00am. I was at the restaurant door at 9:45 and the host at the front told me they will not accept any more orders. We couldn’t even get into the restaurant for a coffee. I think they need to change the time from 6:00 to 9:30, to be able to serve the guests that goes there until 9:30 am in that way they can work until 10:00 with no complaints. "The woman that assisted me late at night as I was Frazzled from being locked out of my place of residence was Phenomenal!!! She offered me room upstairs with a view of the pool but switched me downstairs when she learned I was having knee pain and couldn't do the stairs. She was Patient and Courteous in my time of stress 🙏"
