"Older building, but in good shape. Smallish room. Comfortable, cleaned up everyday. Not much for amenities, but if you just want a quiet safe place with a bed, it’s good. Two minute walk in several directions to catch (very good) public transit."

"ThIs property is not on the beach but a short walk away. It is also a short walk to Lauderdale by the sea. Older but clean and comfortable. Only bad thing is no restaurant but some are close by."

"I was given a key to a room which was not cleaned, I saw dirty towels and bed not changed and had to go with my suitcase back to reception. The person working there barely spoke English."

"Lotanof banging from the rooms beside us around 1am to 3am every night. The restaurant downstairs is not very nice. They chase us for not giving tip in fron of other costumers where in fact, we left cash on our table for the server. Very rude, i think that is the manager. Very disappointing. We did not go back to that restaurant again. Other wise the housekeeping are very friendly as well as the reception staff."
