The service is excellentb The beds are comfortable, shower water is hot. The linens are clean and crisp. I came in early from a redeye flight and they let me check in early so I could get some sleep. This is my go to place now coming to San Miguel."

"Excellent location within Guanajuato. The room itself was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the city from the balcony. There is no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. The staff is courteous and helped with tour reservations and to get taxis. There is no in room coffee service provided, and we were given two 350ml bottles of water, so it was a bit of a hassle having to go get coffee and water whenever we needed it.
