"The property is newly renovated, spacious and very-well equipped with any kitchen utensil you might need. The beds are comfortable. We stayed there for a ski trip to Sugarloaf. The ski area is about 30 minute drive from the house. We loved that there is a grocery store and restaurant options nearby. We will be back again. "

He knew we would be arriving late and went to turn on lights and make sure everything was ready for us to just hop in bed after a long day of traveling. "We had a great time and the house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for the family and amazing views. A 5 min drive to Mt. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W"

"House was beautifully furnished and had every amenity you would need or want. Response of the owner was helpful and prompt. Our family had a lovely time and enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and game room. Plenty of seating for a large group to have dinner. The home was spacious and had many places for groups to gather from the enclosed deck, to lower level outside patio, two large living rooms and an outstanding game room. A fabulous home for a getaway!"
