"It literally took 10-15 minutes for the water to warm up to take a shower. Front office staff were nice and the maids did a good job. "

"I enjoyed the mountain view and friendly staff. We arrived early morning and found our tv screen was busted and phone didn't work. They moved us to another room that smelled like an old smoker's room. Hot tub was broke with old water still standingbin it. Staff was very kind. You can tell they were fixing up the hotel. Shower and bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was average. "

"The property was in a perfect location for our planned activities. A little noisy by the Interstate; however, our room was on opposite side so noise leveled off later in the evening. "

"Walking distance to our event at the Broadmoor, The Staff is what made the stay amazing! There were extra security steps in place to keep guest and property safe because of the huge event made us feel way more safe a comfortable. Staff was very helpful, friendly and conversation were awesome! The only issue we experienced was the noise from other guest if your loud enough and you didn't have to try to be too loud the walls are super thin above us, besides us, doors slam at all hours a little...
