"Very comfortable stay, small lighting issue with initial room but front desk came immediately to help and moved me to another room. Location is great, walkable to lots of restaurants. As others have said the valet is a little pricey but I was able to park in public parking directly in front of the hotel both nights for free (free parking 8p-8a). I did have to pay a few dollars when I was their earlier in the evening. I could see my car from my room. No safety issues, building is locked and elevator requires a keycard. Pool and hot tub were nice after a VERY cold couple days in COS. Breakfast was good, lots of options, pretty standard food options. Would stay again. "

"The hotel was new to us as we usually stay at another well known hotel. However, our experience at the Mine Exchange was surprisingly and unexpectedly wonderful! Check-In was such an easy experience as we were greeted by Jill. She was so positive and helpful with all details of the hotel and recommendations for local places. She is truly a gem and an asset for the Exchange. As for the hotel itself, the lobby/coffee shop/bar “one-stop-shop” was a great set up and concept for hanging out and socializing with friends and listening to live Jazz the evening of our arrival. We were blown away as this sort of set up has never been something we’ve experienced before. The room was clean, spacious and newly renovated with the view of the city adding to its charm and ambiance. Excellent valet service (very fast service), tasty food and top notch coffee (Baristas were great!). We will be back!! "
