"Have to say staff are so friendly and helpful, No doubt about this great location, It does require an update rooms spacious. Shame no breakfast or bar anymore like used to be but i class this as reasonably priced and you get adequate for the money you pay. Will definitely stay again."

"Excellent location conveniently close to Norwich train station, Carrow Road and the city centre. All within easy walking distance. Check in was great, where I met the very pleasant owner. Room was warm, quiet and clean. Had everything I needed. I think Marlborough Hotel will be number one choice when I'm back in Norwich. "

"This is a budget hotel and I have reviewed it as such. At £23 a night it was perfect for my overnight pit stop. Room was dated but perfectly functional. Shower was a little small but plenty of hotwater and great pressure. Room was clean and bed comfy, I slept like a log. 2 towels provided and provisiions for 2 cups of coffee. Microwave and fridge. "We were relocated to the other hotel- the Dolfin hotel. We were very tired and we had to walk there about 20 minutes. There was two men sitting in the garden staring at our window. It was creepy. I think they work there because they where at hotel every night. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. "
