"Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and spa area. Excellent location. The only issue was the restaurant which was extremely loud and not ideal for our group. The library bar was closed and not accessible to our group unfortunately. The service in the restaurant at dinner was very poor we eventually left without an offer of deserts or coffees . "

"Easy to check in and check out. Very walkable area and convenient with all the stores around. Cleanliness was alright, the only downside was the stain on the bath towel. Room was spacious. Would recommend."

"The hotel is very accessible to the airport. I will use again for the convenience. Staff are friendly but check in I found to be slow at times due to not enough staff on reception area. Good is fantastic. I only had three breakfast but I was more than pleased. Also stored my suitcase for a couple of hours after checkout so that I could collect when my flight was ready to check in. "

"Had an excellent 1 night stay at the Motel One, Royal Exchange. I was greeted on arrival by Ginevra on front desk who is a credit to the hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location within easy walking distance of many city centre amenities and the rooms are clean and comfortable."
