"Excellent location. Close to bus station and in the heart of Old Town with amazing shopping and restaurant options. Best part of hotel was the very friendly and helpfuf staff. I arrived early and my room was not ready so my luggage was stored and I was given a tag to retrieve. I had a lovely walk in the area and when I returned, my luggage was already in my room, which was wonderful because there is no elevator/lift. I cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff! "Short overnight stay in Annecy France. The hotel is right at the train station. It’s a charming old building and despite appearances the rooms are modern and extremely clean. The staff are super friendly and the price is very good for the location. They have an excellent breakfast or there is a patisserie down-stairs if you just want to grab a snack. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and each time it has been very pleasant. Highly Recommend for the budget traveller."

"This hotel is pretty central, clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful, storing my bag for a couple of days free of charge. Decor is a bit tired but overall I'd be happy to stay again. Decent continental breakfast, didn't have dinner."
