"They are trying hard. It has been freshened up and feels clean and safe. There can be a little bit of highway noise if you are a light sleeper. No quarters at the front desk for guest laundry was a disappointment and and the interaction with the front desk was less than guest friendly. "

"Our room was spacious and well appointed in a sort of streamlined, Scandinavian-aesthetic way, with plenty of room for luggage and gear. Coffee and a small menu of food (bagels, yogurt bowls, pizza, etc.) were available for purchase in the lobby. Perhaps because of this, there were no coffee makers in the rooms, and an early-morning search for our caffeine fix revealed no staff in the lobby until nearly 8:00 am, leading us to go off-campus in search of a cuppa. "The room was very nice and spacious with cooking facilities. Our room backed onto a pool which was nice; the pool was heated but our days there was quite cool (mid January) so we didn’t use it, but otherwise would have. Lots of amenities right close by. Quiet and very safe neighborhood. Surprised to get amenities and daily cleaning which we didn’t expect. Loved the roomy shower, and areas to sit on sofa or eat at a large counter. "
