"We absolutely LOVED our stay at Staypineapple, University Inn! The room was clean and comfortable. Upon checking in, our service dog was given her own goodie bag, and treated like a queen. We especially liked the touch of listing the names of all pets in house, in a plaque at the front desk. By far the best hotel chain if you’re traveling with your fur baby! "

"shower had pubic hair in it from previous people that stayed in the room. Water never stopped dripping in the shower beds were nicely made with hair on them front desk. Staff was really nice. Location was quiet. Nice area to rest your head for the night. "

"The hotel was lobby and room were very clean. We were in a 1 room suite. It was big and plenty of room for 3 adults and two children. The breakfast had a good variety of options to start the day right. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and enjoyable place to stay. I’d definitely stay here again"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room did not come with an ironing board and an iron, but they were very quick to locate one for me. While the neighborhood felt safe enough, there were a few people nearby that looked to be homeless. However, the property felt safe."
