"This hotel is perfect for traveling with a pet! Very accommodating and welcoming. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The added pet fee is nominal. Expedia will reject my review if I state the cost. They also do not tell you to expect the added fee for a pet when making a reservation. "Location is close to literally everything in town. The staff was awesome. Pool/jacuzzi was well maintained and stocked with towels and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. A few things in my room weren't as clean as i would have hoped when i arrived but I am used to wiping down the room when i get to a hotel anyway. Overall a great value and place to stay in Roseburg."

However, what should have been a simple, check-in, (which was for most part) has turned into a fight for money they took off my credit card, for Incidentals. & I am now having to dispute, with my bank to get it back!! It's a HUGE inconvenience, & for the consumer, it's a bunch of hurdles to jump over, rather than the Merchant owning their actions & pressing button to end this fiasco!!!
