Such a beautiful area and INN. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and trendy. And the homemade bread delicious. Would definitely stay again.
Very nice place to stay after a long drive. Amazing owner, indeed charming historic lodge that is cozy and feels like you are at home. Great cider at the bar! Highly recommend for those passing by.
The lodge is adorable, an old fishing lodge that has been updated with enough modern conveniences to make it comfortable without losing any of the charm. The hosts were so welcoming, kind and considerate, check in was a breeze. We would love to stay there again
Would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and relax. The owners or nice and helpful and recommended places to eat. She even made homemade banana bread for in the morning 😊
Joanna was super friendly and left us some great zucchini bread. Highly recommend.

Lovely host, clean and quiet. Walking distance to the still-beautiful-in-many places North Umpqua River. Good value. Comfortable bed and nice sheets! Coffee maker and fresh banana bread in the room were nice touches. Enjoyed my 2 night stay.
The lodge is well run by John and Joanne. Super clean and cozy. John is very welcoming and we had a nice chat with him. The property is well taken care and we felt very much at home with nice comfy living room and good size bedrooms. Shower was great. Location for us was very good as it is about an hour and a half to crater lake and a little less to Tokeyee Falls. You can find gas and restaurants in glide or Rosenburg. There is also a small market and gas station in front of the lodge for emergencies. Thank you John!!
Unfortunately for the fire fighters there were many fires in the area. They do an incredible job!
Enjoyed our stay at Idleyld Lodge, sorry we missed the wine bar due to our travel schedule. I am sure it was a lovely setting for the wedding that took place on Sunday.
Joanne and Jon have an incredible property and unparalleled hospitality. We will absolutely return!
The renovated lodge is warm, comfy and welcoming. After a hard hike at Crater Lake, the warm shower was so welcome. We enjoyed drinks with other guests and Joanne's recommendations for local dining. The room was very comfortable and AC kept up with the 100° weather.
Can't wait to return to this fantastic gem on Hwy 138!!
The Lodge is beautifully maintained with so much authenticity and charm. The owner is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, ready for us when we arrived & with a delicious complimentary loaf of chocolate chip coconut bread waiting in our room. The surrounding Idleyld Park community is friendly, with gorgeous scenic mountain views.
We came down this way to catch a weekend of baseball and we’re looking for somewhere close by, we were so lucky they had rooms available. The host was very welcoming and served us drinks and talked with us for a long time before we ventured out for the night, they had a great selection of wine and beers. The space was very clean, the room had its own AC unit, the beds were comfy and she even had a loaf of homemade banana bread in the room for us waiting. This lodge is super close to some AMAZING fishing if that’s your thing, bring your salmon rod.
We didn't get to stay for long but we were very comfortable during our time there. There was also homemade banana bread there for us, which was a nice surprise.
This older lodge was perfect for our anniversary getaway it was cozy and cute. All updated rooms with beautiful decorating. The bed was super comfortable and smelled fresh. The owbers were absolutely wonderful. A very inviting environment. Highly recommend.
