"The pool and hot in were just right. Sadly there was a large group of kids playing Marco Polo with very loud screams, however, they were definitely having fun and that is important. So I asked the front desk for ear plug and voila! I could then enjoy the pool and hot tub with my kids with hearing damage. They were awesome for our dog in that they had free nice treats for her in the hallway, very pet friendly. I appreciated the cookies as we checked in because we were so hungry when we arrived. All the staff (front desk, housekeepers and kitchen staff) were kind and interacted sweetly with my kiddos. We spend quite a bit of time in Roseburg and we have finally found our favorite place to stay. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, except for one mattress was worn out. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The only other complaint I have is they didn’t have any kind of breakfast, not even a donut. On the plus side, it was very quiet and had a nice per area that was well lighted. But the staff were the crowning glory of this motel. Every individual that I spoke to, and I talked to four of them, was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them all and they all were very helpful in the instances that I needed some help. I highly recommend this model, but I suggest they as at least a minimum breakfast."

"This hotel was an amazing value in winter. Many times hotels say pool/gym and these are either out of commission or are subpar, but not here. Some inexpensive ones are also a bit rundown and lack a working elevator. From the hot tub to a full breakfast, I was impressed and very happy with the accommodations. I also had to extend a night, with the staff being friendly and helpful. I'd certianly stay here again."
