"Hotel was awesome. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean, our room was super comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. Waffles, fresh fruit. Yogurt, oatmeal, juice, cereal boxes, milk, hardboiled eggs, omlet, chicken sausage, toast, bagels, muffins. All sirts if toppings for waffles and add uns for oatmeal. I wonderful tea selection as well as different types of coffee. Will definitely come back here next time we are in the area."

"I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. RUDE RUDE and RUDE!!!"

"This cabin was amazing, my girlfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s day weekend and loved it. The place was stocked with snacks and had all the amenities. Beautiful property with a large backyard and a deck on the rear of the cabin. Joann was very quick to respond to any questions I had and very friendly. I would recommend this property for anyone planning to stay in Pilot Mountain."
