"Check in was not working so we could not check in on time, not much information given, so just had to wait... All good apart from that "

"The staff were so friendly , very helpful and generally lovely . The room was clean and spacious for 3 with a lovely bathroom and extras like dressing gown slippers tea/ coffee , unfortunately our tv did not work , they tried to fix it but resulted in limited channels . The position of the room was terrible , I know this can’t be helped but it was right next to the lifts meaning you could hear everyone coming out the lift and people gathering to go in in the lift and everyone having to walk...

"This was our 4th visit to the hotel. It’s a lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are large & very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean. Cannot fault a thing. "

"This property was in a fantastic location! Close to the Beatles statue and the Royal Albert Docks. A few restaurants close by made for easy and tasty meals during my stay. The hotel lobby was designed well too. I wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner but really no problems with the hotel at all."

"Was within 10 minutes walk of Victoria station. Whole apartment complex was well equipped, tidy, clean and had everything you could want from a studio apartment/hotel. Will definitely recommend and will be using again."
