"Beautiful old traditional Italian hotel with excellent service. Really good breakfast a nice comfortable rooms. In good position in Milan would definitely stay there again. Only downside was the drilling which took place which was noisy when we were trying to have a rest in the afternoon. We’re definitely stay here again."

"The staffs are super friendly, Mr.Francesco V. showed me 4-5 rooms till I decided on the Junior suite. He also helped us with the luggages. There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants.
