"The Woodhouse hotel was our base for attending the Bruce Springsteen concert in Monza, which is just a bus and train ride away. The hotel is no frills, but has all the comfort you need, from good beds to clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "We stayed for a week and were never disappointed with anything. The staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating our language challenges and lack of familiarity with the city. Breakfasts were top notch! Service was of five star quality. Close to a grocery store, several restaurants and the METRO. We always felt comfortable in both the hotel and the neighborhood. "

"The staff were great. It was in an ideal location as close to the station and about a 40 minute walk to the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again when in the city :)"

"It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly."
