"The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare. "

"Perfect location a short walk (or very short taxi) from the Train station and just outside the busiest tourist areas. This was great for exploring Verona whilst also feeling like you could escape the crowds in the evening. The room was lovely, decent size and had some nice vintage/authentic touches. Breakfast was simple but tasty, staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back!"

First off: if you arrive by var, there is an entire gated area belonging to the hotel where you can park your car in the shade of olive tree (most hotels in this area only offer right spots which are difficult to get in and out). "We only booked for 1 night but fell in love w this beautiful and quiet place we stayed 2 extra nights. We enjoyed traveling Lake Garda in 1 day and passed on Verona to explor the incredible hills above Nagrar. The owner spoiled us rotten, great breakfast and restauranr next door outstanding. Showers could be a little bigger, but over all an incredible place. "

"We could not fault our stay at Hotel Garni Selene, it has a beautiful pool and lovely large balconies, all with an uninterrupted view of the lake. All of the hotel was spotlessly clean. It was a great location for us and we used the shuttle bus several times to go into Malcesine. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We would haven no hesitation in returning to hotel Garni."

"Can’t believe this hotel is rated a 2 star, it’s fabulous and only a short stroll away from Malcesine centre. Despite it being next to the main road we didn’t find it too noisy especially at night. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bonus is the swimming pool. We highly recommend it and hope to return next year. "

"This little hotel was really outstanding. Very clean, excellent service, wifi worked well. Great location overlooking the lake. Underground parking was tight but very manageable. We had to leave early on the day of departure so they even went out their way to set up some breakfast for us specifically. A bit of a walk to Malcesine itself - would recommend the bus or driving rather than walking. Bus stop is a few mins walk from the hotel and buses are frequent."
