The farmhouse is nestled in an olive grove with a panaramic view of Lake Garda and surrounding mountains. The Not so Good - Air conditioning only in the two upstairs bedrooms. "Having two cars this was perfect for our family. It was 20-30 minutes to drive to Bardolino, Garda etc and about 45 minutes to drive to the Monte Baldo lookout. There is a great restaurant with a view right around the corner, you could walk if you wanted. It was very hot while we were there so we opted to drive most places. The games etc provided were nice for the down time between our adventures and the other amenities would have been perfect had we stayed longer. Even without AC the house...

Kitchen is well outfitted with everything one needs to cook. Bedrooms are comfortable with very nice linens. Ludovico is charming and available to help his guests have a wonderful relaxing holiday.
