"Beautifully designed and recently renovated small hotel in the centre of the old town. Forget the usual resort hotels, Solar Mendonca is at a whole different level. Period charm outside, ultra high tech inside. The owner is passionate about the building and that shows in the high specification and clever design. We had an apartment which was very well equipped.
