The town of Olhos de Agua is tiny (population 4,000 approx.), but the locals are very nice. "We could not have asked for more on our first holiday with our 11 months baby daughter. The apartment was beautiful, the grounds and pool very well maintained and everyone and everything well looked after by the wonderful Filipa (mother of the owner).
