"Staff were friendly enough. Happy to give extra towels becuase we only had 2 for 4 people. Train noise is constant. Breakfast room was cold but breakfast was good. Close to Jack London Square, nit much else worth seeing in Oakland"

"The phone in the room didnt work, there was a bunch of clothes in one of the dressers, and there was no remote for the TV. We were switched room whith a working phone and a remote but the batteries were dead so we had to manually tuen it on and change the channels."

"What I liked about the property was the location, price, and access to public transportation. The bed linens, the towels, and the wash cloths all seem to be either newer or made of higher quality materials. "
