"This hotel offers a lot of family entertainment options. The only complaint my family had was that the pool water temp was kind of on the cool side. The arcade offered a large amount of games...the grandkids really enjoyed all of it!"

"This property was everything we could have imagined for our 13 adults/kids and 3 dogs! Host was quick to get back and property was perfect. We arrived to find a Christmas tree all decorated to start off our family Christmas weekend! Planning on staying here again as the accommodations were perfect for all the adults to have their own room and the cousins(kids) to bunk together for some quality time!!!"

"The property and the room I stayed in was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I stayed in at this property in the winter, and room was quite cold when I got in, but did warm up. The breakfast area was quite cold, causing me to need to bring my food back to my room. The breakfast itself was disappointing as well after reading reviews that said there was a large variety. The only protein was breakfast sausages. They did have waffles, and some cereal/yogurt I believe. The only fruit...

"Other than the noise from snowmobiles, snow plows and unruly children, the stay was good. "

"Older but clean; we stayed here for the night that we were in Alpena. It was during winter; very pleased that the room temperature wasn't freezing cold when we checked in. Parking lot and walk ways were cleared, salted not slippery. We'd definitely stay at this Ma&Pop lodge again."

The housekeeper on the day of check out was upset with his co workers (something he stated himself) and was very rude and uptight about our check out time which was already handled by the check in/counter staff."
