"I would like to start this review saying that is my fourth time in Italy and this time I am spending over two weeks here. I have been in 3 starts and 4 starts hotels that I didn’t feel this much comfortable and well served. Everything from the beginning to the very end was perfect. Best in class in service, politeness, kindness, great bed sheets, spacious bedroom, and a speechless breakfast. Everything was fresh made for every customer one by one. "This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

"A small hotel in Tirrenia with a lovely restaurant, loved the food. 45 min bus ride to Pisa. 10 min walk to cafes and other restaurants by the beach. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind the bus ride. 20 minute drive to Pisa airport. "

"Avevo prenotato per tre notti, malauguratamente ho dovuto andare via un giorno prima, nonostante che al check in ho avvisato che sarei andato via anticipatamente ho dovuto pagare la terza notte completa , mi è stato detto che non esisteva neanche una penale. Veramente spiacevole poichè ritenevo Expedia una società di cui potersi fidare, con questo comportamento avete perso un cliente e non solo perchè lo comunicherò ad altri Vostri clienti. "
