"We had the most wonderful stay at the villa which also served as our wedding venue. Giacomo was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the villa was perfect for our wedding day. The onsite facilities are lovely and very well equipped. The views from many of the apartment windows are absolutely breathtaking. We could’t have found a better venue to host our friends and family in the lead up to our wedding day and as a wedding venue. We truly had the most perfect Tuscan wedding!"

"Luca is a very hospitable and friendly host! The house is exactly as in the pictures with a private entry gate and parking. The jacuzzi is heated and very relaxing. We really enjoyed the late night BBQs next to the pool. The house is perfect for 2-9 people. If you would like a relaxing holiday with privacy and luxury this is the perfect spot for you!"

"The house is very large on the outskirts of Lucca part way up a hillside in a forested setting, about 10 minutes from the Lucca wall. We enjoyed our two week stay there. The contact, Andrea, met us at the house, and explained every aspect of the property. And he checked in with us in person and by phone several times during our stay. The house contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms, both of which are upstairs, which necessitates climbing about 24 stairs to use them if you are on the first...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is on a large property with its own pool. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathrooms are large as well. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is wonderful. The property is taken care of by Happy Rentals and they are fantastic to deal with. I had all the information I needed from them even before I left for Italy and if we had ny issues while we were at the property, Gianluca, responded right away, no matter the time of day....

"Ideal lovely location on a mt hillside with a beautiful sea view and mountain ranges behind us. Charming couple that own the house. Daniele was very helpful getting our dog the correct health certificate papers since we were visiting Italy for 3 months. He went over and above helping us...and we are very grateful. The house is as described-safe area and close to Lucca and Viareggio Beach and town...a fabulous area to visit!!! Perfect location and base to see all the sights in Tuscany and go on...
