"My only complaint was that they couldn't serve the breakfast because of boiled water advisory. It would have been nice if they would have sent the people coming in a email about that so we could be prepared. Otherwise it is a older remodeled hotel with good staff and without all the storm damage and workers there for that is in a prefect spot for all the sites and 15 minutes from the airport."

"We stayed in what may have been the last night of the hotel. Helene came through the very next night and did a dance on Ashville. We hope the staff are all safe and that of their families. The hotel was first rate. Highly recommend it if it survived."

"This property was impressive, room was great, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast choices were great. All turned to custard though when Hurricane Helene came through. Hotel management had made no preparations and the young staff members on the ground were very helpful and did a great job but you could see they needed some direction as they were struggling."
