"Front desk extremely helpful. Arrived very early so our luggage was stored then delivered to our room once the troop was ready. We liked the design of the renovation. Many of the old features were left such as the iron windows, gorgeous brass front door. The interior wood panelling has been painted white which made the place bright and contemporary looking. We found the beds a bit too soft. Would appreciate some basic toiletries. "

"It was a fantastic place to stay, great chilled out vibe As a couple in our 60’s thought it might be noisy but it wasn’t at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful. If we return to Cape Town we would definitely stay here again but for longer. "

"The staff at this hotel were very nice, very helpful. Our two bedroom apartment with sea view had a tiny balcony that was big enough for two people to stand outside and enjoy the view. The balcony did not have any chairs and was not big enough for any enjoyment except for occasionally walking out to get a bit of fresh air. The living/dining room had a table with two chairs and two stools. If four people were to stay here the seating would not have been sufficient because the couch was a tiny...

"Not the usual accommodations for me but given my last minute decision to travel to Cape Town and it being high season what more could I ask for. The property was clean and the staff was excellent. Staff, Ntsika Nqebe went above and beyond to help my guests and I settle in and remain comfortable. "This is a lovely guest house in a great area. It is an interesting house, with lots of individual features. Breakfasts are excellent, and the whole building seems to be cleaned every day! All the staff are friendly and helpful."
