The location was fantastic—just minutes away from Disney parks and Universal Studios, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. "Property was very quiet and spacious. Clean and nice. Great WiFi and needed cause cell coverage is bad. Beds are ok. Downstairs bed is exceptional. However Cleaners put damp sheets on the kids beds so I had to pull them off and dry them. Washing machine only worked with cold wash. Tiny Private pool is not heated so unless it’s super warm out you won’t use it. Location has heavy car traffic getting in and out on narrow residential streets Ultimately great place but needs better management...

"Unable to stay a second day. Family did not feel safe with the storm coming. Accomodations are simply a single wide mobile home. Could not even check out, because the owners had left ahead of the hurricane. Looking for a refund to my credit card. Also had an extra unexplained charge for $93."

"This is not a viable advertisement. You cannot check in. Phone # listed doesn’t work. You can’t get in the gate without talking to someone. And you can’t talk to someone when the phone is disconnected. I was on the phone with hotels.com service for 1 1/2 hours trying to get to my stay. I had to pay for another hotel just to have a place to stay. Over a week and still no refund!"
